FIELDS OF OPPORTUNITY - Presents a structure for setting achievable goals and establishes awareness of the performance requirements for meeting the challenges of competition.

VISION TO REALITY - Identifies the process for building “competition ready” habits and reflexes, and outlines responsibilities for application of the principles and practices that lead to performance excellence.

OPPORTUNITIES, DECISIONS, DESTINATIONS - Describes the law of life that emphasizes choice and process, and encourages athletes to make decisions that lead to destinations of desire in all areas of life.

BASICS OF BALANCE - Addresses the importance of proper schedule management and assigns appropriately timed activities to generate essential physical, mental and emotional energy for meeting performance demands.
